Spiritual Life Guidance
Strength • Joy • Ease
You've built a lot. Taking on responsibility. Made decisions that others weren't even willing to face. From the outside, it looks like you have everything under control — but inside, you sense something that unsettles you, disturbs you. People who once felt familiar now seem distant. Certainties you once relied on are starting to crumble. And the world out there seems to have gone mad. Overthinking and rumination steal away your joy and ease.
My work begins where success and external security are no longer enough — and depth calls.
I offer you a safe and protected space where you can meet yourself anew. I'm not a coach or a therapist. I walk alongside you as a life companion.
Space, time, and courageous honesty are the foundation for real change. Familiar habits shape our sense of identity and can be difficult to let go of.
Working with yourself takes time, patience, and perseverance — a path that is hard to walk alone.
I look forward to accompanying you with compassion and wisdom. These words may sound simple at first, but they are the pillars of my Buddhist meditation practice, which I’ve cultivated for 40 years.
Quantum physics confirms what Buddha recognized 2500 years ago: nothing is fixed or unchangeable. Through our perception and consciousness, we shape the reality we experience.
But how can this knowledge be turned into strength, joy, and ease — in a way that truly enriches your life?
That is exactly where my guidance begins. I don't work within a religious framework, but I draw on the timeless tools and skillful methods of Buddhism.
I meet you where you are ready to encounter yourself again — beyond masks, roles, and status.
My guidance is not about performance or optimization. It is about reconnecting with who you truly are — beyond hopes, expectations, and fears.
The goal of our work together is a genuine transformation. This journey is deeply personal. That's why I don't offer price lists, hourly packages, or standard business models.
Instead, I look forward to a personal conversation where we can talk about everything essential — including financial matters.
If this resonates with you, I look forward to hearing from you.
